Went to York Mitsubishi on Roosevelt Ave in York, PA and put a $500 deposit down. He said I was the first one and he guarantees it be to a maximum of MSRP...Now, all I have to do is wait 8 months :-(

Yea, he and the manager were pretty cool about the MSRP. They said they have never sold a vehicle over MSRP. I bought my 2000 Eclipse there for $1000 under MSRP. I got it the end of 99 when they first came out and was there first sale of the new stly Eclipse GT. Now, I'll be there first EVO owner. ANY new info out yet for the US specs?? According to the dealer it is definitely coming out in Jan 2003

No new info unfortunately...jst the press release from January's Int. Auto Show....250+ hp, here in Jan 2003.

Anything else that you hear or see on this board is purely speculation at this point.
