I don't think you'll ever find all that free sh*t you're looking for, but check out tirerack.com they've got some really good deals on wheel packages shipping is around 80 bucks but the tires come mounted balanced and ready to bolt on your car when they arrive at your door! You have to take them out of the boxes though

I got a wheel and tire package from them for $700 shipped. Came with free wheel locks/lugs. Shipping was $100. By the way, any place that offers free shipping will most likely have higher prices on their products, thus making up for the money they lose on shipping. Frisby Performance Tire has great products and awesome customer service.

EDIT: Oh yeah...came mounted and balanced, which was free

http://www.whalentire.com is where I got mine. My advise to you: Do not buy cheap wheels.

"Dirt cheap" and "nice" don't go together.

Spend the money on quality wheels, you'll thank yourself in the long run.
