Odd Problem After RMR Intake

I installed the intake in about a hour. It was pretty simple. It sounds real nice and loud....anyway afterwards at my friends house....I was in reverse...and in idle i hear this vibrating sound...kinda like metal on metal..and it was comin from the direct area of the heatsheild. I assume (also hoping) that the sound I am hearing is comin from there. I have the bolts on very tight...

The sound comes and goes and its only in reverse...its quite loud though..

Possibly the Heatsheild vibrating?? What do you guys think.

That kind of problem would be hard to diagnose without being there.. it could be many things..

you installed the RMR intake? dealerships should've been doing that. just take it back in if they did. Never had a problem with my intake yet.

It's a very simple install that comes with instructions and nice pictures...well the pictures are kinda annoying because there taking from a different perspective. But it took about a hour.

the pics were taken from the side of the car and not the front so it was kind of annoying matching up stuff...

Shifter linkage is right there, Maybe when you shift to reverse linkage hits something hanging down there. Pull off shield and check . THen put it back.
