Does anyone know where i can get these fuse taps? Or what brand they are?

Does anyone know what its specifically called? Becuase im from Australia and know one here has ever heard of fuse taps. We all know how to tap from the wires behind and how to tap from the battery. But know one here knoes anything about taping the fuse from the front!

Anyone no what site i could go to, to get these? ty
