anyone else seen the lancer special edition. The dealer told me that there was a earthquake in japan and the tire factory got hit. so they made a special edition lancer, its the gts but without the 18" wheels and no sound system. you still get the sun roof tho. i was getting th gts but they couldn't get my colour, so they asked if i would take it. their offering 1400 off the price and a free remote starter put in. good deal?

i think someone got burnt HAHAHAHA there are soo many gts in tucson az and in las vegas.. i dunno where all these no gts are comming from..

 

Yeah, this is that old chestnut about the wheel manufacturer going under and them not being able to make the GTS anymore so they're making another trim level slotted between the ES and GTS. Essentially it's just an ES with GTS bodywork. True or not, nothing to get excited about really.

 

there will be more cars on the west coast of the USA and canada while the rest of the country at least here in canada have to pretty their color and package are available.

 

ya, im in edmonton. I just check the mitsu site and there are a lot more changes then just the tires and sound system. you lose the leather, and sport seat, the auto climate. you lose the big brakes and the sport suspension. its basically a es with a spolier and body kit.

I even asked the saleperson about the brakes and suspension and he told me it was all the same as the gts, good thing i checked on it. thanks for the help guys.
