Well This has been the worst week of my Life..I was involved in a car accident Monday afternoon on my way home from work at around 2 P.M...i was making a left and did not see the car that was coming and got T-boned..Bamm..got nailed by a Tibby and glasses, hat flew off, and got knocked out and awoke to a bumper in my ribs..I was so pissed when i got out.dissapointed in myself.well cops came, the ******** channel 10 news came and got a piece of the action.I suffered bruised ribs and neck, and broken heart...the other guy...cuts on the face.nothing bad though..This also happened in wet conditions..well i got the ticket for failure to yield the right of way..anyways I have full coverage..

Its a 2003 mits oz Black with 94000 miles..they havent evaluated it yet. but i have many parts on it still and negotiating maybe a part out..pending on gayass progressive.. well im in the market for a new car, in the $15500 range..im not sure how much im getting for my lancer, but if i want something siick, im gonna have to throw down no matter what..

i had a totalling accident too!!
around 8-1-07 i believe! my 03 white OZ ralley edition with 58,xxxx on odometer. i am insured with american family and they quoted my car $8,300. Hope that helpes. man i should of fought and gotten more!!! Anyways insurance is gonna try to give u low as possible. They do not go by KBB, they go buy this Black Book, or they real market price, which ever one is lower they are gonna try to give you. What you need to do is search ebay, Cars.com, autotrade and such find a vehicle they is close to yours with similar mile; and look for the price they are selling at Today. then compare it with whatever insurance is trying to give you. If it is way low then the market price fight it!!!! if it is similar nothing you can do. Also they are gonna try to lower the price if your are; missing a oem parts, too much wear in tire(less 20% thread), wear and tear and such!!!! don't let the insurance abuse you!!!! Fight it so you get your money!! my insurance first said they were only gonna give $5300 for my oz but i fought it because i had my car in mint condition plus super low milage!! but they tried to take off another $800 dollar because i was missing factory spoiler which only cost 200-300 if you tried to buy it, after i made comment about it, we came to agreeing on $400, not $800.. Well that is what i can say about it!!! Good Luck
