Shipping a lancer?

I was wondering if you guys have ever had to ship cars. If so how much was it and what company did you use? I am going to be getting a Lancer from a member on the forums but I have no idea what company to use. Thanks for your help.

Though, if you have the time, IMO it's better to fly out and drive it back.

Thanks; I may just do that. It's a 12hr drive back. We'll see.

12hr is nothing compared to what could happen during shipping.

As long is the car is not at the 0miles on it stage. then you have to properly break it in. which means steady RPM levels like highway driving is a big no no.

Breaking in your car is very important to the long term health of it.

The car is past that stage. Thanks for all your help guys. My first step one I get it is to get a Evolution VII Techsports Edition body kit.

Give me a plane ticket from Cleveland to the car, give me a credit card to pay for gas, and then give me a plance ticket from NJ to Cleveland. I'll handle it all for you.

I'd really do it. I'd just need some advance warning to get the week off work. But that'd be a blast. I love driving cross country.

shipping really cost a lot.. i hade a quote from long island to buffalo which is about 800 miles a nice 7 hour drive. they quoted me abotu 500 bucks for it... i ended up driving it home myself which merely cost me 100 bucks with gas and food...

From San Diego to Charleston, SC....I remember it was about $800+ just last year when I got mine shipped. It took almost a month to get there though.
