Lancer Prototype S... a 5-door hatch

like the title says, its a 5-door hatchback lancer.... WTF
??????? Following the path of Subaru I guess.... Pretty ugly IMO but maybe some people like that look

I personally don't understand why all these companies keep going towards the 5 door style. (Madza Speed 3, Subaru STI) Clearly market research is telling these guys to go 5 door. I feel like killing myself...lol.

i dont know. most people on this forum have some kind of lancer. aka sedan. maybe the market research showed that a lot of people (the majority of them not on this forum) are looking for a more functional hatchback. theres obviously a reason that subaru is making the sti strictly in a hatchback. i am sure that if there is a concept theres a business strategy behind it. its what they are paid a lot of money to do. personally, i think it's definitely a cool idea, but not for me.

Coming from someone that owns a MS3, having the hatch makes the car a little bit more useful. Sure it is fast, but it is nice to know if I need to haul something in the back, I can.
