Lancer evo 7 is only manual right? will not come in automatic? only 6 speed manual? And the known maximum speed? and the guessed max speed that would be in american when released...

price around 30k? and will someone please fill me in about the types of lancer evo 7 that are out in japan...gsr and others?

To my knowledge around 250-300 hp most likely? and will be out around jan 03? even though mu dealer said most likely it'll be earlier for some reason...

STUPIEST question...assuming and playing around that the new evo 7 will be 260hp...would it beat factory acura cl type-r? which has a v6 260 hp engine...although im sure it will...

Peak around in the Rumor and General forums for what you want. Run searches for the info you're looking for on the board and see what comes up. And watch out for the guys who are going to flame...albeit this info is easy to find out.

As for the manual/automatic question, in Japan there is teh Evo GT-A in automatic...but it lacks the...rawness I suppose the GSR/RS models have. Good luck.

as for the answer to ur other questions, its all speculation rite now, EVERYTHING you're hearing now are rumors, no US production specs are released, not even a solid release date. if you wanna join us speculating you could look up the japanese spec and euro spec Evo VII, its all over the web. anyways, have fun and all, but theres ALOT of flamin on this forum, just to let you know
