buy some springs for about $160 (i think) from RRM. If you dont know how to install it, you can go to a shop and should cost u at least $200 or more for the labor.

u can also look at coilovers.

google it.

Obviously, you dont wanna lower it to the point where it scraps the front bumper and damages the oil pan and tranny. Dont over do it !!

I think he's asking on how much it is to lower the car, not how much he can lower. Anyone can lower their car, to the point where it scrapes the whole under chassis.

Prices range anywhere from $150 to about $1500+. All depends on how much you're willing to spend and what kind of drop/springs/coilovers you want. I heard that the 06 Lancer coilovers work for the 08's, but Idk how well they would work. Best bet is to go with either RRM, or the Works springs. Also heard Eibach wasn't to bad, and that Tanabe had a set coming out as well

You'll have to ask shops in your local area.

Easy if you can follow instructions. Most anyone can do it. Get a friend to help, it makes it MUCH easier.

Powdercoating depends. As amby said, ask your local shops.

You can DIY the front grill for a couple bucks. A professional paint shop will probably charge you $100-$150.
