ahhh very good point
i would assume the 08+ Lancers, Evolutions and RalliArts all share the same side signal
so that just opened up the market much more

still no vendors have said anything though…

There are no vendors here that make light assemblies, only ones that customize existing parts. One of you could try contacting EvoDave to see if he could come up with a solution.

Yeah, quit bumping this, it's not going to make a difference. If you want something done, you're going to have to start calling light housing manufacturers or light customizing companies.

are you sure paint isn't good? i'm in toronto too and i painted mine and they are fine (had'em on for about a year now). just go to pmall to that hobby store in the corner and pick up some paint. the guy will know what you're talking about because most people just spray theirs. doesn't look faded and they look pretty good. also that way you won't have to worry about changing the bulb either since both unit and light will be amber.

didn't have time to wash but i know some of you really wanted to see these.

as you can see they look pretty stock and took literally 30 mins (becasue i had to wait for hte paint to dry). it would have looked a BILLION times nicer if i took the whole unit off but at the time i forgot how to so i just covered the surrounding area and sprayed, haha. i would do it over again but like i said before, the paint is pretty durable and now paint remover wont do anything to the paint, lol.

hope this helps! seriously an easy mod. everyone should do this instead of paying 30 dollars for a new set.

wd cross - thanks. That looks amazing. It actually looks like it's stock. I might have to give that a shot!

SlvrOz117 - lol no painting skills required. no sanding no prepping. basically make sure it's clean, take it off, and then light spray (its so small you don't even have to go side to side.. it's literally one spray one side), and then another one just in case, and a third if you want a darker color (which i went for).

blacksheepdj - no worries thx for the comments. and yea, seriously i can't stress enough how easy this is.
