a few mods done an a few words

well got the evo radiator in that i was taking bout in another thread . took pics but wife has the cord . anyway for the most part it was a pretty forward install. had to trim a few things but in the end a few more mods to add to the list. installed a slim fan for the a/c side and mounted it on the flip side as a pusher. cause the radiator is for a evo theres no tranny cooler so i bought one at advance and mounted that in front also . so in the end got a aluminum rad. thats holds way more coolant and the same goes for the tranny and freed up some space in the bay in the process. is it over kill for the set up i have now ,maybe, but for the future of the car no. . . for the last few months the car has been just settin in the lot collecting dust since the purchase of a new 2008 trailblazer ss and the fact it had a cracked rad., well the ss's newness is wearing off quick and its now the daily. this lancer has been a soldier from the day the wife and i got it in 03 as our original daily. we've put alot of money, blood sweat and a few tears. but from it all memories have been made and its time to to start making more. the wife and i have been planing to do the motor for a long time now and now its time . swap time that is. i dont know how much info there is on the 4g64 swap but regardless ive been doing my homework lately on the subject and have been on the 3g forums . and be sides the tuning an a couple other things i'll be doing this in our own garage so wish me luck and i'll post pic's in a few .

side note...
i dont work on my cars for the bragging rights or anything else like that. i do it for the feeling i get when i set back and just stare at them in silents i'm down to hear any info, knowledge, or just opinions from you guys. and i'll be posting pic's later to night.....

What are you talking about? That's a million dollar rally car which has little to nothing in common with the car mentioned here. For one, it's using a 4G63 motor and is AWD.
