Went to sema in long beach.
Hey guys, I went to the sema show in long beach. It was sooooo fun. there was a yellow EVO VII and I got to sit in it!!!!!
I kid you not. I asked the lady who was standing around it and she said the guy who was in charge wasnt there then, but he had alread let a few people peek inside. so i went back like every half hour, and didnt see him, when I noticed that it was unlocked. so I waited for a crowd of people to go by, and I got in and had my friend take pics of me inside of it. That seriously made my month. In person, the EVO VII looks absolutely immaculate. But the interior doesnt look as good from the outside, but once you sit inside of it if feels VERY good. not like a bmw, but (surprisingly to me) it felt solid, and the seats are unbleievable. now I know what they mean by skinny people only(glad im skinny),they really hold you there. any way, I absolutely can not wait till december, but this has definately quenched my evo need till then. I just had to share this with you guys. And also besides the evo(highlight of the show) it was a really great show, very well put together, and the cars are awsome. there was everything you could think of as far as imports. any way, to all of you who are going, have fun, and try to get in the evo....I gaurantee you will be just as happy as I am now

Yeah i went there also i saw it, i have some pictures of that car and of the Silver EVO VI, that HKS had at their display that one was nice! the show was kind of boring glad that im a promoter and dont have to pay to get in
Thats cool. your lucky. I went again today, and I had to pay 15 bucks today (10 yesterday from some guy who got in for free). Well, I sat in the EVO VII again
This time, I talked to the guy, and he wouldnt let me at first, but then I stayed to look at it for a while, and he let me sit in it. This time I got to shift the gears, press the buttons etc... And I was even better than before. It really does feel solid. The gear shift isnt as short I thaught it would be, but damn, its way smooth, and it is pretty short. The buttons have a good feel, not like they will break, the seats ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!! and the car is great.Oh, and the breaks look WAY bigger in person. I am just glad I get to get one, and if they dont bring it over like the uk spec, as far as seats, ayc, acd, brembo's , than I am going to have to do my first car import. But if mitsu is smart, they will have all that stuff as options.
and ya, the EVO VI TME was very nice too. I liked it alot. Also did you see the Tommy Kaira sti? it was bored out to 2.2 Litre, and looked great, my friend tried to sit in it cause he is a subaru guy(he has a WRX)but they wouldnt let him.
but any way, I had a great time agian.

I went to the show also,it was great to see the Evo in person finally. To bad there was no Mitsu pr. people there.I did speak to a Suberu guy there and asked about the Sti Wrx.he said Sept 03 release as a 04,261 hp $35k price but only 750 units. That means major price jacking, probably over $40k IMHO, and not worth the wait!
Hello Evo,here I come!!!!!!!
