Leather Seat Option for GTS in Canada

I have read that there is a leather seat option for Canadians on the GTS. Is it part of a package? Would it be possible to buy the seats through Mitsubishi Motors USA or have them shipped from MM Canada? Any idea what that would cost?

The standard seats attract every spec of lint and hair so leather would get rid of that.

Thanks for any input on this!

The leather seats come as part of the Sun and Sound Leather Package, It's 2700 and inclueds the 650 watt stereo with sub, 6 disc changer, sunroof, fast key, and leather.

I do not know if it can be ordered afterwards, it is not in the list of accessories up here.

Sorry If this doesnt provide much help, but it's all i know.

Maybe if someone called to a dealership in Canada and asked for pricing on the seats to be added individually they could pull up that. I remember someone posted that the RECARO seats from the EVO X could be ordered through the dealership for like $8,000.00. (USD)

Do you have the sun and sound in your vehicle? If so please post pics of the leather.

Personally, I'm glad I wasn't forced into leather seats. A lint roller works fine enough for me when I'm detailing my car.

I think it's weird that people in Canada were forced into them too. I believe the packages Mitsubishi has are kind of screwed up to be honest. Depending on the quality and color of the leather I may like it more then the stock seats, thats all.

I'm very glad we weren't forced into leather seats here in canada. I personally dislike them... they get all gross and sweaty... the regular seats are awesome to me

If there is no more info on this by next week sometime. I'll try to call the dealership for you guys. I'm just really busy with work and school so it's hard to get a hold of them while they're open... so no promises...
