Anyone ever driven a true Evo?
Yep, I drove one once. When I lived in Japan about 5 years ago. It was the first time I drove a car with any kind of performance, plus I wasn't used to driving a RHD car, so it was interesting.
Luckily I didn't get in an accident.

I got to drive my uncle's EVO VI when I went to visit him in Japan where he is stationed and let me tell ya those cars can move on the road. I can't wait to get my EVO VI in a month I'm going to tear up the streets out here in NY.
I have driven an Evo 6 TME many times.
Very nice car to drive, with lots of power but forget about it being a daily driver.
It's a blast to drive it around the twisty mountain roads around Mt.rainier

Never driven or taken a ride in one but I have seen three in person. Two Evo VIs when I was in Norway last year and the Evo V that is at GarageSPL here in Seattle/Bellevue (the one davidz24 was talkin about). Wow ManilaEvo, you and your friends must be a pretty rich bunch ay?
EVOwhat: Sorry, I moved from Scoobies to the Evo, dont want to make a backwards step!
RA29: My E6 is far from standard and its a great daily drive. The 'long way' home is so much fun in this car. The only downside is the petrol consumption but I accepted that the day I bought the car.

Drivin an EVO every day is not a sin believe me.
I drive am EVO6 RS2 everyday and it is the daddy.
All the GSR comforts without the "let the car drive for you cr*p", like AYC and ABS.
Subie Gal, next time your in the UK mail me and I'll take ya for a spin, litterally.

i saw mad evo and i was mad excited when i saw them while i was in hong kong, but never got to ride in one
just before that i went to the car show the day they debuted the evo 7, then some guy from mitsubishi w/ a camera came up to me to ask questions and shiet, they told me to sit in the lancer, so i thought "what the hell" and i asked them if i can sit in the evolution, then they were just like "erm, sorry sir"

I also love to drive around with 3 of my friends on their Evos too. Nothing like 4 Evos grouped together on the highway.
