RMR new stuff...

Anyone else notice that RMR has new stuff up on the site? Cheaper front strut tower bar, rear strut tower bar, lower rear brace, etc. Or did I just never notice these?

Well, I can't post a link, but if you click the street section then the mitsubishi subsection then the lancer subsection, you get the product list. Right in the middle are three new items. A $99 front strut tower bar, a $99 rear strut tower bar, and a $99 rear lower brace. They say freedom design on them.

I guess just contact RMR. To quote:

To order any RMR Products contact us directly at
Rhys Millen Racing Products, Inc.
17471 Apex Circle
Huntington Beach, CA 92647

or by phone at (714) 847-2158
or by email at Sales@rmrproducts.com

or there's also a listing of licensed dealer locations at http://www.rmrproducts.com/home.htm under contact us.

(damn, i'm thorough. can you tell i'm a librarian?)

I've been looking around for one for our car for a while now, this one from freedom is the only one I could find anywhere, not sure if it will do a world of good on our cars, but adds a nice touch underneath and tightens the rearend up more... Id guess more stability in turns and such, but overall not worth 100 bucks i dont think

Holy **** !!!!!

What's up everyone. Check this out. I was just on www.rmrproducts.com and what do I see? My car is on their website. My car was used for tooling by freedom design, they are the makers of the lower tie bar, front strut tower bar and the rear stut bar. These pictures were taken when they test fitted them on my car. Check it out. This is cool. Not yet Kontra status but it's still cool. By the way. I highly recommend all the tie bars from Freedom Design. They have high quality stuff at a price that is hard to beat. My car feels like it's riding on rails with these things on. Oh well, I just wanted to share.

Yup. that's my car. If you look on the bottom of the windshield you'll see blue lettering, It says Kaotic Kreations, it's the name of my car club. this is cool. If you go to www.FreedomDesign.com they are $2 cheaper. The front strut tower bar says it's for the EVO but it's a typo. They are cool people and they're cheaper than RMR. check them out.

hmm.. are they adjustable bars? i dont really like adjustable ones.. cuz they tend to come loose.. i would rather a solid bar like the RRM one.
