They are adjustable and surprisingly enough they do not come loose. The only qualm I have is w/ the front strut bar. With the heat the vinyl lettering saying Freedom Design melts off not in a messy way but just shrinks and shrivels. The lower tie bar really surprised me at just how much more stable the car became. I tend to take on and off ramps a "little" faster now and the *** end of the car just almost "slides" into the turns. I lo0ve it. yes.. adjustable struts are goooood. i have the TEIN's.. i love them.
