Angel Eyes!
this one should help

I also removed orange indicator, now it looks much better.
But not sure what you like in US, after seeing few treads with tasteless mods on here.
Opel Vectra grill (saw that today here), VW golf2 wheels or silly colors never do over here I think.

cut out from there:
Front Headlights Blackedout/Front bumper Removel Evo 7 upwards
Ok guys, after seeing various threads on here about how do you? is it easy? etc etc etc.
Thought i better post a guide. Its not too difficult but it is quite involved.
You need to remove the bumper to take off the lights.
Bumper removal:
Take good look at the bolts on the top and take them out. There is one each side in the wheel arch. The time consuming bit is taking all the plastic screws out of the bottom. You need to remove the tow access guard. Best way to get the plastic screws out is to use a screw drive to part unscrew them then lever them out (do not press to hard when turning).
You need to take the number plate off. Only undo the two plastic screws that hold the plate on. Behind this you will see a bolt (similar to one on offside). Undo both near side and of side.
With all the screws/bolts out the bumper still feels stuck. Pull it down near the wheel arch. It should drop a bit. You should now see a locating lug. It will still feel stuck. The bumper sits on a couple of brackets, which is supporting its weight. The brackets have a hole into which a lug fits. So you need to lift the bumper up a bit and pull it out forward at the same time.
Make sure you have something soft under the bumper when you pull it off.
Procedure:
1. Unbolt and remove headlights
2. Take out small locating screw which is located on the lens edge.
3. Using the hairdryer, heatgun heat the edges of the headlights. The glue is like blue tack and will become more fluid once hot allowing you to remove the lens. Heat the clips around the headlight individually, once hot these can be bent away. When heated thoroughly, with a screw driver/small scraper prise the lens from the housing in one place (corner). Once the lens lifts, continue to heat but pull the lens away with your hand instead of using the screwdriver/scraper.
After a while (15/20mins) the lens will come away.
4. Lift the reflective light mould out of the lens which needs to be painted.
5. Using white spirit, clean away any of the glue that has got on the reflective mould.
6. Pop out the indicator reflector from behind. This is removed easily. This can be left out when reassembled so that you have clear indicators. You will need to get an orange indicator bulb though.
7. Also might be a idea to wet and dry the reflective mould so that it has a key for the paint to stick to.
8. Spray 2/3 coats of primer with 5mins between painting. Do not spray too much otherwise the paint will run.
9. Spray 2/3 coats of flat black with 5 mins between painting. Do not spray too much otherwise the paint will run.
10. Make sure the inside of the lens is clean and free from finger prints, smears etc..
11. Once the paint is dry, place back in the lens.
12. Heat up the glue round the edge of the lens and housing.
13. With the lens face down on the floor locate the housing onto the lens and push down firmly.
14. Continue to heat edges and continue to push them together.
15. Heat the clips around the housing individually and bend them back in place
16. Screw back the locating screw on the lens into the housing.
17. Place back on car.
Now you can get 2 different looks, just depends which one you like.
Things you will need:

1 x plasticote Grey primer- Homebase
1 x role of masking tape- Homebase
