My issue is, I have upgraded my 08 Lancer GTS to HID's, which I love. The only thing I don't like, is they have to stay on all the time, if I click them to parking lights or off, they flicker. I have read some post on here, and they talk about the fuse number 13 which is the DRL fuse. But my car doesn't have it to pull. Can someone plese help me with this problem.
