Has anyone noticed how slow Lancer General has been lately? 1-5 daily post average. Whats the deal!?

 

I thought you were talking about our cars LOL....they certainly are slow.... but yes this particular forum has lost some activity.

The economy thats funny but i guess not that many people have lancers anymore and got faster cars in faster forums?

Its been a rough time for me and my family this year. The past couple of months we have been threatened.

 

This started off in 2001 as a Lancer Forum. It is now an Evo forum. Lancer owners are a minority now. There's not many of us anymore.

 

I think the slow down is because of the recent update, I would be very worried if the US economy affected the internet.

 

Yeah i don't like the way the page looks on my phone. It won't even let me log-in which is weird. I hate getting up to go on the laptop.

 

It's not just this section. Plenty of people aren't contributing to this site because it has changed a lot. When I first joined it was an okay forum where I can learn some new things about my car, of course there were those people that would talk crap and try to be George Bush. Now it has gotten even worse and I see myself posting less and less.

Evom has grown substantially in the last few years, you can't honestly expect it to be the same as it was 5 years ago. Moreover, the nature of the forums have changed. The 2002-2006 lancers are no longer new and the 2003-2006 Evos are in the same boat. Times are changing, Evom is still the best large car forum online. Yes we are stricter than most sites but that's a good thing.

 

No comment because you can obviously argue about the littlest thing for 3+ pages.

 

You're kidding me right? You started the thread which obviously sparked this comment, participated fully in the discussion and now you want to turn around and point fingers at other people? Unbelievable, truly unbelievable. If thread is just going to turn into a "**** on Evom" venture, it's going to get closed.
