rrm is doing a intake manifold port and polish, then get the bored tb, then maybe a perf clutch & pressure plate combo

More seriously, I'd go with the RRM intake manifold, header, and reflash or a nice set of wheels. I'm assuming you'll keep building up, so both make good starts to modding either perforamnce or handling significantly.

The fund would clearly also contribute to significant handling increases, but for my car, not yours. I take Paypal.

SAVE IT FOR A TURBO!!! don't waste your time and money on a measly 2hp here and 3hp there. Forced induction is the only way to go. (I learned from loosing lots of money on **** that just makes noise and doesn't really feel faster) If you don't want a turbo, the only thing you'll really feel is a computer reflash and an intake. Headers and exhaust make noise and give you the illusion of going faster.
