Lancer Cost

Lancer Cost
I currently drive a dodge ram v6 auto. It's a slow but great truck. The thing is was a brand new 2001, that has low miles. I just got a job as a delivery driver at dominos and well that and the 6hr trips to and from college coming up in the fall is really telling me to buy a more comfortable car. I think the lancer will do fine. However I can't afford a new one. I think next year I could get a used one but do you think I should risk the maintenance free truck for the more comfortable used lancer? If so what would you think a lancer wouldbe worth next year?
