i have to write a feature article for uni on anything. i decided to write about the evo 7 delay to Australia. I rang up the evo dealership here in perth and he said around 18 months is what its gonna take !! he was a rude ***** and didnt wanna talk about it.. flaming mongral.

anyway i know most of you guys are in the u.s and are awaiting the evo 7s arrival. but why is there such a delay to bring it over there and to bring it downunder . i reallly need to know for this assignment... due tomorow

can anyone justlist a few reasons why there is such a delay on the evo 7 to the u.s and/or australia?

In the u.s. I believe part of the reason was the 5mph bumper crash test and the front mount inter cooler. They are also hard to register because of emissions and that slowed the launch in America.
