Okay, is it just me or does anyone else's wipers have a mind of their own? I know cars come with like rain activated wipers but I didn't think Lancers did but mine seems to have it.. when you start driving and it's raining harder, the wipers go faster and they slow down by themselves.. it's odd

 

i believe on certain settings the faster you go the faster the wipers go, i forget what they called it in the manual, but yea, it compensates for the rain hitting the car harder as you go faster, btu as for rain sensors, lol, this IS the lowest level mitsubishi, we don't have too many frills

 

yea i noticed that too, but i thought it was just in my head. but turboit's explanation is logical enough

Speed sensing intermitant wipers. C'mon. You paid for em, the're on the dealers sticker as standard equipment.

If you use intermittant delay, they will speed up as the car goes faster, to a point.

 

I didn't know and I don't remember looking at the sticker over a year ago.. Jeez, nobody can ask a question on this damn board without getting bashed...
