Something really not right

Coles notes

03 Lancer ES 5 Sp.

I have over 12V not running, car in accessory.

Car in start position, volts drops to 6v, lights go dim.

Try to start, ECU starts clicking, won't turn over. The time on the clock changes, but doesn't reset, the radio resets, but the cluster trip odometer does not WTF?

If I try to start it a couple times, eventually the ECU just starts clicking repeatedly for a while.

If I turn on my fogs, the whole car just goes off, the lights, everything goes dark. SO I disconnected the fogs.

Still f-d up. Last night it wouldn't start, was reading 12V, but wouldn't turn over. Got a boost, and was running over 14V running.

Where I live the insurance company has a mandatory immobilizer program, so the car has an aftermarket immobilizer installed by the insurance company shop.

I'm thinking that is the problem, as last time it wouldn't start, all I get is a weird noise like shuffling cards from the steering column. The module for the immo I believe is in the ignition column. Could this be it?

It's like the ****in' thing is posessed. I'm charging it right now to see if it'll run.
