Yea i have used the same touch up...It actually says on the pen itself that the touch up paint will probably not match factory paint....which is stupid imo. But its fine for small rock chips.

I used a fair amount of touch up paint on my hood to cover the 10 billions rock chip I have (probably due to the stupid winters up here in Quebec.) There's sand and rocks all over the streets like 9 months a year.
My spray can painted bumper seems to be holding up better than the original paint what a shame
I applied the paint as little as possible then let it dry couple hours then I used the clear side. But you can totally see the spots under sunlight. Meh guess it's better than rust.
I'm thinking of just letting the hood take a beating and cover the chips so it doesn't rust then swap to a Evo hood whenever I get the chance. (Will probably chip just as bad if it comes already painted but at least it'll look nice :P)

this is sad that spray can pait works better considering that the body shop that fixed a scrap on my fender told me that the pait is like $900 a gallon it cost a ton to fix a small scrap that was the size of a half dollar
I used mine to fix chips, deep scratches and scuff marks from a snow storm collision with a guard rail. It worked very well! Just be very patient and only fill in the parts where the paint is gone. Unless you are like 2 feet away from my car, you can't tell. Looks worlds better
When I applied it I used a paper towel to wipe off any excess paint. That way it looks smooth. Also, wax your car after the paint has completely dried.
