Brand new Lancer sportback, Dealer is trying to scam me???

Ok, so i've put down my deposit and my dealer is grabbing me a Wicked white lancer. The thing is, they don't have one in stock and he says that it "might" have over 200km.

On my sheet where it says, "this NEW vehicle must not have more than 20km" can i just tell him screw off and get me a NEW vehicle, not no damn demo

don't roll over, you are putting down a deposit on a NEW car. if the dealer can't give you that, then just wait until they are move readily available and get your deposit back.

More then likely they are going to drive it from the other dealer they are buying it from. IF this is unacceptable to you then don't do it.

sounds like that makes things tuff maybe you should of told him that you were unhappy before you left

have you been in contact with him to tell him the things you posted b/c if you told him all this stuff there is no way that the wouuld do something that would make you unhappy after all its your money to spend and if you are going to make an investment like that you better be getting what you want

IF you agreed to their terms and put down the deposit in good faith for them to go out and buy another car and bring it in thus costing them money, yeah they'll probably not give you your deposit back. Doesn't mean you have to buy the car. I guess you could raise a big stink and contact a lawyer in trying to get your deposit back, but you have to wonder if that's worth it.
