EVO 7 question?

I was wondering if the EVO 7 will be a good first car. Will a newbie driver, driving a 276hp(maybe) get into alot of accidents. Or will the Evo 7 be easy to drive.

From what i've heard and from what i've seen, driving an Evo 7 is not something to be taken lightly. Not only is it a humbling experience but an intimidating as well. I mean this car offers a tarmac, gravel and snow selector! thats pretty foreign to me so I'd be afraid to touch that. Driving a car like this does require some driving experience which not only makes it safer for you but for others on the road. And since this a high performance piece of machinery it may require frequent maintenance and some knowledge of the engine and drivetrain. I'd say go ahead and buy it but practice driving that baby around your neighborhood before unleashing upon the unsuspecting drivers.

Lol

I would have to agree. Most people crash their 1st car...get something to pratice on for a year or so...and then go for the Evo once you have a little driving experience.

I think the NHTSA says a driver is "inexperienced" if they have been driving for less than 5 years...I agree. I've been driving for 6. I mean there is soo much to run into on the road...weather, bad drivers, drunk drivers, blowouts, etc. It takes years to even experience all that.

Why wouldnt he get an EVO 7 for his first car????????? I think it would be just fine. I mean he is asking the question, so you know he isnt one of those dumb ***'s who gets a new ferrari and tries to race every person he see's. My first car is an rsx type s(alot of people told me it would be too much for me), and I handle it just fine, and i was going to get an EVO, but now my next car in going to be an E46 M3. and I am sure Ill be able to handle that perfectly. It is all about mind state, as long as he doesnt think he is Tommi Machinen, he will be fine.

for a driver that is 16 who just got his license and is still in high school you will probably be paying about 250-400 a month for insurance... and then if the car is 30k i hope you have 1,000 dollars a month to pay bills.

Like any bank in their right minds would even give you a loan for the car. I'd like to see how you are gonna go to school and make at least $1k a month for just the car and ins. Just admit mommy is paying for it, bc we all know that's how it's gonna happen. So don't ruin the insurance rates so I might be able to afford one in a few years.

How could you legally make $30k plus the $6k ins to afford it at 15?
