I will say I was like ah what the heck I ll give this guy a laugh as the evo pulled up. I knew I was going to lose and I got my rpm's up to launch to see if I could a least not let it be a slaughter. Pushed 4500 rpm's off the line and sort of launched the car. I hear him burn tires and all I could think is well I lost of course and he comes up next to me in the other lane. Cocky at the finest knowing you got a way faster car and laughing about it. Well I decide F this I m going to push this car as hard as I can. 4th gear high revin' at 5500 I barely pull up and he gets into his 4th or 5th not sure just know he shifted up grinding the gear and dropped back alittle bit. Bad move, I shift up knowing I have a chance to possibly get the win. All the sudden I hear the turbo of his car kick in and the exhaust kit he had on (my heart sunk down) and again I m looking at his tail lights 2 car lengths.

I m in my highest gear not sure if he had one more gear or not I get my car up to 75 mph not even 3/4's of a street block yet. Cop car passes by and doesnt even turn around both of us brake but he shifts down I m running my 5th gear at 3000 rpm's again he gets in front of me but this time cuts me off. He proceeds to hit his brakes coming up to the end of the block still green light. Hes braking soo much I had to drop to 4th gear. Now I m pissed off hes cocky, doesnt deserve his car by grinding the gear, and now cutting off my baby(its personal now!) I double clutch into 5th gear and pull up beside him and give the wonderful finger doing 75 mph and start pushing the pedal all the way down. 80, 90,100, and slowly pushing the car and all the sudden grinding noise and then nothing I look back and he had pulled to the side of the road(must have done something to it) hahaha 1 block (mind you a very long light to light block) such much for evo turbos if you cant drive a stick and you got manual! Can you say owned?
That got me happy my stock rally owned a evo

Just my opinion, but street racing is pretty stupid. If you want to prove that your car is faster or you're a better driver, then do it at the track.
