straight pipe lancer

just remember i dont have a muffler anymore i made it a straight pipe from tha cat n am not getting any back pressure so iam losing gas

only 2'' ? yeah ehh in the vid it looks like its all 4'' ? from that 2 feet long tip he had on ehh! lol looks fun! i was thinking 2.25 cause if you look for a cat-back from a company well itll be that diameter

It sounds like an old Honda or a rally car. While the popping would be cool for a day, I have a feeling that it could get very annoying if you do long trips or a lot of highway driving. Loud exhausts are great if you don't have to drive the car.

Ya the loud sound from the exhaust does get annoying on long trips.

I'll try and get a vid up of mine soon.

I will say that I agree with pretty much everyone on here. I did notice my MPG start to fall after
I installed the test pipe, and yeah highway driving at around 3-3500 rpm's, it gets pretty noisy
inside. You get used to it though.

its not that loud really and on long trips you can't even hear it......i think that its not that loud because i still have stock headers and the two cats....

i have a 3" with no cats all the way to the borla muffler and it does sound loud but being turbo thats how it is and i get used to the sound

I think we have different ideas of what loud is. I would shoot myself if I had to drive my old Lancer now and it had a Greddy Evo 2 with an RRM header.
