well, today my key broke. It got caught on a railing and i did a 360 degree wipe out in the snow, it was pretty funny. But when i looked down I saw my keys in 2 pieces...

Then i got thinking I could remedy this



Has anyone tried this yet? I've already jumped the gun and bought it. I think it was only 15$

so you cant get it programmed to unlock your car? you have to stick it in manually with this?

 

If you can't program the key, and your tech savvy, you could try to swap the internals of the keys. Keep us updated

 

swappin internals would work no problem, just sucks for those with the fast key cuz of the trunk button on the remote.
