New Lancer With Evo Engine
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE LATEST LANCER WITH A EVO HEAD?? PLEASE POST SOME PICS IF YOU HAVE ONE. JUST TO GIVE YOU A ROUGH IDEA, I ASK A LOCAL MITSU TURNER AND HE SAY A EVO4 TO EVO7 HEAD WILL FIT. HE ADVISE ME TO GO FOR THE EVO4 HEAD SINCE THE NEW LANCER FENDER WELL WILL NOT FIT THE WIDER EVO5 TO EVO7. IS THIS TRUE??

This might answer your question about a head swap although I forget if the Thai Cedia would use a GDI 4G63 engine or a 4G94 like in the USA.

we got the 1.6 and 1.8 version of the 4g93 . the evo 7 was available thru mitsubishi at about 90K usd. Its mostly due to the heavy tax import tax here. we got many mitsubishi turner shops here. the cedia to evo 7 conversion cost about 20K usd... the cedia fitted with a evo4 engine cost only 4 to 5K usd.. if i had time i'll take some photos of cedia with evo4 and share with everyone...
