alright i got a prob, my car wont lock itself, the alarm, or keyless entry wont lock it self after thirty seconds, is this just mine or does anyone else have this prob, one time i got out and went inside thinking the car would lock itself and hell no it didnt, next morning i went to unlock it and it was unlocked alreay, so the alarm isnt reseting after i get out, anyone else with this or how does yours work

 

My car never locked itself after 30 seconds. I now have a Clifford alarm and it still doesn't. But my friend tells me that its kinda like a safety feature so you don't lock your keys in the car. But I'm not sure if that is completely true.

 

i do notice that if i unlock the car, but dont open the doors, it resets itself, but if you open the doors it wont. isnt that useless

 

hmm..I went over my purchase agreement, I did have the factory alarm..maybe that is the reason I have that 30sec lockout thing goin on.
