I emailed Dave this morning about a hood for my lancer. Within three hours I had a response and I will be placing my order today. Just use the email provided above.

I did used that email. I have to wait 7 days just to get a response from Dave. Fail.

I have been waiting 3 or 4 weeks since I emailed Dave, he is a nice guy but seems very selective on emails, which is very unfortunate, makes some of us think about getting a refund.

Really! since August of 09.This making me think twice now. I don't even know if they are still "legit" company or "scammers" keeping customer's money.

if you used a credit card, contact your credit card company and file a dispute. that'll definitly catch their attention and you wont have to contact them anymore. the bank will handle all of it.

Paypal FTL to late to make a claim with them, since I paid Accolade back in May last year.

No item or money to me yet. So I'm out $425...its looking very bleak I will get it back.

I placed my order for the new hood this morning. Dave has been quick to reply and answered all of my questions. I guess we will see how thing work out in the end.

Yes sir. That is the email I have been using. Hopefully the experience goes smoothly. They are the only company that makes the hood I have been looking for, so it was a necessary risk. Good luck to you and me.
