I have been waiting 3 or 4 weeks since I emailed Dave, he is a nice guy but seems very selective on emails, which is very unfortunate, makes some of us think about getting a refund.
Good luck with that. I've been trying to get a refund since August and they still have my money.
if you used a credit card, contact your credit card company and file a dispute. that'll definitly catch their attention and you wont have to contact them anymore. the bank will handle all of it.
No item or money to me yet. So I'm out $425...its looking very bleak I will get it back.
