heheh yep. final tests are being performed today or monday. we will have word this next week for certain.

Note that the Cali one specifically states that it passes Cali spec while the AL one meets federal. The lends more credibility to the theory that there are two different ECU's in the US.

there ARE 2 different ecu's.

now for the tests you have to test the toughest (cali) spec so that it is worst case scenario.
