I can only see about 10 feet in front of me while night driving. I have replaced the factory bulbs with PIAA plasmas. The owner's manual has nothing on how to adjust the headlights. Can I adjust without having to go to the closest dealership which is 200 miles away?

 

the bulbs are supposed to lock in to only one spot, so it shines at the best position. the lock in is to prevent you from having to play around with it. make sure it fully twists when you plug the hadlights in, it can be tricky getting it in there but you can tell when you have it right in there
