Does this sound like a good idea for my grille?
I have a 2006 lancer OZ and recently my front emblem broke. Normally i would just buy a new one or a cf one or something but im getting kind of bored of the normal mitsubishi grille that everyone has. i have an idea, tell me if you think it would be a good idea or if it would even work out at all:
1.My grille has an indent where the emblem sits so i would just fill it in with bondo/ body filler, sand it down smooth, paint it all matte black again, then put on some sort of custom emblem. Maybe a momo one or hks or something.
2. Another option (maybe this would work better) i would be to do the same thing but while the body filler is drying, put in the emblem, then take it out before it dries so that ill have an indent in the shape of my new emblem.
If you guys could tell me your comment or concerns that would be awsome!
