hey man, if u have the cash and want the EVO, wait a while, there are some coming in, yes in CANADA. if your local Mits. is not bringing some in, mine might get some. i can fone them and find out for ya if u want 
dealer sells it for 50 G (CND)
The ralliart looks like **** IMO,so do what I'm gonna do wait for someone to total a ralliart and swap it into the 02-03 OZ rally. You can get a complete motor for around $1000 bucks.

However there is ways to get it under 39-40g Canadian, if you act fast as the US econo. is getting back up, which means our dollar shifts downwards,
I got all my CDN$ Converted into USD$ When we where trading at 76c!!!! That was in the summer tho, In about 3-4 months my 15,000 CDN from when I trannsfered it into US and got like 12-11g back, once I rechagne it in march ill get like 17-18g back
Then I save up for a few more months, and iLl have 23-24,000, and there is my ralliart in july
(I plan far far ahead lol)
To answer the main question though,
Go for the RalliArt, as more HP/TQ, Better stock suspension, nice avail. packages, more and more preformance parts will be released, and if the look is holding you back there is many kits being devloped that makes it look hella nice, and im not just talking about the accolade kit, there is a few more that I've heard about/seen that looks g8 as well.

All of you who are saying the Ralliart is more ugly than the ES,LS, and OZ - they all have the same body. Unless you want to go with the styling of the 02-03 Lancers... you're stuck with those looks no matter what model you go with. If you want to go with a new car, go Ralliart. If you want to save money and get a nicer looking ride.... I'd go with an 02 or 03 OZ.
