I have contacted that site, it seems like they're not that willing to ship to US. 99% of their customers are from Countries like UK, AZ, NZ and other RHD countries

I am not saying they won't do it, but you'll have to use a little more effort and of course $$$ to convince them otherwise

The only catch here is that youll have to go through the legalization process. When I was talking to Jigga via Email, this is what he told me,
HS-7 Form must be filled before entering the country, together with manufacturer's origin, and any other paperwork that identifies the car as not stolen. The only possible way I know to bring it in and get it as ready for titling as possible is to have someone foreign bring it in. This person would cross box 5 from the HS-7, which indicates exactly what I said in the lancerforums post. Car needs to meet certain standards, emmissions being one of them.

Then titling is a shot you'll have to take. It might work, or not. If it doesn't, you're just **** out of luck because once you're denied a title, or the person importing it for you, then you'll never get a title anywhere else in the country.
Also, when registering and titling the car all that is needed name wise is ''Mitsubishi 4 door'' and insure it as a Mirage.

( This can be refered to for future newbies asking this question.)

NO, I havent. When I was up for it I realized that I dont have the money to do something so risky (if the country does not allow you to register the car then it will have to be sold for race purposes or in another country).

Plus, I think you will have to get a bond for 150% of the vehicle's value when the car hit the port for a street legal, daily driven car, you'll have to ge that done

Import a ctr as race only and just swap all the parts into a civic hatch

Yup, a race-purpose vehicle does not require a bond *wink wink*
