I think that's a Nissan Stagea...aren't those powered by Skyline engines? Not something to laugh at...at least in a straight line.
EDIT: found the info and yup, Stageas use the same engine and drivetrain as the GT-R's. Of course, this is all moot if that car is not indeed a Stagea.
