What does everyone think the price of an Evo will be?

I was playing on the subbie site last night and put a nice little car together for $28k totally optioned. The only thing i didn't option was the $3k OZ wheels which is a ridiculous price for wheels like that. So say what you will but i think it is a pretty good price for what ya get. It will be much easier to get too.

I hope it's under 30k even for the great demand for it.
But that might be a good thing for those of us wanting to lease it. The residual value will be high, meaning lower payments. Then of course one can just take the option to purchase it at the end of the lease. Probably still save a little over conventional financing.
