What should I get?

Ok, I'm getting $1000 of graduation money, and I've compiled a list of everything I want for my car right now. I'm wondering if you guys can help me decide on all what to get first. K here's the list:

RRM Gunmetal Tails - $189
RalliArt Grill - $200
Progress Springs - $159
RRM Kbar - $139
RMR Front Lip Type 2 - $275
Road Race Piggyback ECU - $439
Powder Coated Valve Cover - $89
17" Gunmetal Wheels (not decided) - $700-800
Evo 6 Wing - Not sure on price, but it's my favorite wing.

K, just pick what you think I should get that add up for less that $1000. Thanks!

It looks like you're going the show route? If so, I think most people agree that rims are the first step in making a cool looking ride. Then the wing or body kit. But this question has been posted plenty of times before, and it all depends on what you want out of your car.

depends if you want show or go but like said b4, looks like u want show. i wouldn't waste the money on the ecu if thats the only thing your going to get cuase that is mainly to get the most out of all your aftermarket parts...i'd definitly go rims first, then wing or body kit second and third, just IMO

you have intake, but you dont have an exhaust. its just a muffler so really you havent realy increased poewr but by like 4hp. are you saying you do want to go te performance route? if you are then get a real exhaust and wait to ge tthe piggy till later.

I did check your profile, that is why I suggested the piggyback.

Personally, I think a muffler counts as an exhaust. From all of the talks I have had, I don't stand to gain much with a cat-back if any, unless I boost. According to Rob, I'd be happy with a decent muffler, maybe the 2.25 catback if I felt like spending money for another 1 hp and no more torque.

But back on topic, if it doesn't matter to you, buy things as they go on sale. Then brag when your car got to where it gets cheaper than anyone else... hey, it's a thought.

total - $962

That covers all of your list except rims, piggyback, and valve cover. I guess if you were able to come up with another $51 (on top of the $1000), you would be able to add the valve cover to your list. I dont know... Rims set your car off, but you dont want to spend all that dough and not have THAT MUCH to show for it. I say get all these things first, then once you have the money, then buy your rims. The piggy back is always something you can do down the line after any other mods you decide to do. Just my $.02

Save the $1000, I know... easier said than done... just a thought.
