I had this problem with my low beams, I couldn't get the bulbs to fit for the life of me, I had a friend help me, and he had a hard time as well. So i ended up buying the bulbs from elsewhere because I was so frustrated.

When i pwas putting my HIDs in i accidentally broke the bulb retainer thing that threads into the headlight - used some silicone and let it set and i never had an issue afterwards. the few times i had to take it off it was a piece of cake and i just reapplied a small bit

Yeah my low beams where easy, but I wondering if I should take my headlight out and do it that way so I can see it better.

Taking the headlights out is a pain in the ***, since it requires you to remove the bumper. Idk, what is going on with DDM lately, but I've been hearing of a lot of people having problems with the bulbs. :/ it's frustrating because I bought the same kit and installed it in my 05 OZ with no problems...
