throttle body: rrm and rpw using the same one?

So I was poking around on RPW's Site and saw that they have a a bored throttle body.

Here's the pic of RPW TB

Then I went to RRM's site and also noticed they have a bored TB. Here's RRM TB

What I noticed is that RPW and RRM use the same pic for their bored TB. Anyone know why this is? Seems like its basically the same product in thought .. I wonder if one is better quality than the other? I'm really just curious more than anything.

all it is, is a bored out STOCK throttle body. I think its a core exchange (you send them yours, they send you a bored one).

They're using the same pic. If I remember correctly, RPW actually sources out a throttle body from another vehicle when it comes to certain applications (wanna say 68mm+). I would assume that they bore out your stock one for anything below that.

as said above, there's no fabrication here. They are both pics of a stock throttle body that has the holes bored (drilled) larger. I'm sure Rob could powdercoat one red for you if you give him the $$$ to do so

Do they change the butterfly, or do they just port that thing and keep the same one?
