Minor Upgrade Ideas for 2011 Base Model Lancer

I've always been a fan of Lancers, and back in 2011 when my ex totaled my Malibu, I finally had a chance to get me a Lancer. For quite some time, I was content with the upgrades that a Lancer provides over the Malibu, but the last couple months, I've been getting hungry for some upgrades.

I have a few prerequisites for these upgrades:

1. Don't want to jeopardize my warranty
2. Don't want to jeopardize fuel efficiency (increase it if possible)
3. Don't want to jeopardize my ability to pay bills by spending too much on these upgrades

I had a few ideas in mind, and since you folks know a lot more about this idea than I do, I figured I'd ask here.

I'm not too concerned about top speed. I don't ever really get it up that high anyway. I would, though, like to improve the takeoff. Dropping weight would help, but I'm not sure how much I'd need to drop, and how I'd go about doing that in order to actually notice a difference. At some point, I'd like to replace the back fender (and side skirts if cosmetically necessary) for something a little more aggressive-looking and could fit in the dual exhaust I'd like to get at the same time or soon after. Suggestions?

all of the prerequisites kind of eliminate a lot of performance upgrades. theres a few you can do that are easy to switch back if you need to take it to the dealership. or just do the sound system lol that doesnt hurt anything...

i painted my wheels with some wheel paint which i know sounds cheap and stupid, but it has lasted through ALL weather for the last 4 months without a chip. and i drive a LOT to work and back. you can do an axleback exhaust. i have a GReddy and it doesnt sound "ricey" and not too loud... not too bad price-wise either and easy to swap back if you need the stock one back on.

just a thought good luck!
