What "sucked" about them? 215, nor 205/45/16 are available in Conti DW, Goodrich, Pirelli,, etc. The 205/45/16 are available in the DWS but I'm not driving in the snow

Traction , handling , noise , comfort ect ! They used to make a 205 45 16 Conti Dw but they stop making that size , so i had to go with another tire when they wore down so I tried these with no success . The tire is very nice meaty looking but that is about it , the smaller 205 45 Dw had better traction , handled much better and made no noise what so ever .

How many miles do you have on them? It takes around 200-400 miles to wear off the mold release agent from the contact surface. Some tires have different temperature or air pressure sweet spots too.

About 3000 miles on them . Old tires would hook from a 20 roll these dont hook till 70 .

Tire Rack in Tuscon was telling me that the 215/45/16 is a new configuration that Kumho had already come out with, and that Conti and Goodrich, et al, were backordered till May when they'll begin to release it.

Replaced my Audi TT diverter valve with Forge's FMDV008. Nothing officially documented a far as performance changes noted, but a sweeter high pitch whistle is definitely noticeable...!

The noise issue doesn't concern me for the drone of my exhaust inside the cab is loud enough to drown out my audio. As far as the other claims, time will tell...I appreciate the heads up...!
