Lancer OZ Engines

I am woundering if anyone knows of a website to buy Lancer OZ Engines from? Also if you know where to get a Lancer OZ Performace Engines to buy in whole. Your responses are greatly appreciated, thank you.

you can get your mitsu dealer to import an engine for you. I would suggest getting a 2.4 mivec engine since it should fit right in..

i dont know a website but you could try junkyards. That would be my best guess, or perhaps Ebay

i would also say a salvage or junk yard would prob. be a best bet.

really, a 2.4 L engine could fit in our bay. i know i have a little extra room in there but i wasnt sure that anything bigger than a 2 L could fit. What would be the power output on one of those

the 2.4 mivec is rated at 160horse power instead of the OZ 2.0litre engine at around 120HP.. plus the mivec has variable valve timing or whatever and when they are turbo'd they can put out WAY more like 300+ HP instead of the OZ engine which can only put out a max of around 250 when turbo'd..

that is sweet. oh wait is that mivec engine the one in the ralliart lancer, cause those sound like about the same numbers

Very cool, I am very thank you for all this input, what is the about cost of the mivec engine? And are you sure if would fit? DAMN THAT IS NICE.

Run a search for engine swap (mayb include key words like mivec and ralliart) it's been discussed since before the ralliart Lancer was on the market.
