Yeah that's correct sizes. I might just go with the 5 lug conversion and use the ralliart parts. I think it has a 2 piston caliper as well. My stock brakes suck haha

Did you use the 04 lancer sport back setup in the front? If I could do that and keep my stock oz wheels it would be a lot cheaper. But if I have to get wheels to make it clear. I'll just go 5 lug

What type of paint did you use on the header heat shield? Or is it powder coated?

tried to clean out the a/c drain again. also installed a new temp sensor. helped, but still seems to be running hot. with a/c on, when it gets up on the gauge, compressor shuts off. both fans are running. has a new fan controller installed as recall at the dealer. research time.

No I didn't, I got the calipers from a 2G AWD DSM which bolt right on and the rotors came from an 02 mini cooper s. The calipers will clear 15s without an issue.

Nice! Are the 2g awd dsm dual piston calipers? Did the brake line with banjo fitting bolt right up? Any custom work to the front? I might do this setup pretty soon if so

They are dual piston. I had no issue with the brake lines. It was bolt on, almost as if you were replacing your stock calipers 89mirageman sourced the parts for me, except the rotors

Thanks for the info... I'm going to do this swap as well. Pretty excited about it. The stock lancer braking system is terrible. The dumbest setup I ever seen

The mini cooper won't work for my car unless I redrill the bolt pattern to match the oz. I'm gonna start gathering parts and I'll probably use the 2g calipers with the lancer sportback rotors. Dimension are really close on everything except the nominal thickness is .0787 thicker on the sportback than the stock gsx rotors. But if they won't fit with the pistons in, I'll turn the thickness down on them
