The "HID Xenon + 08-13 Mitsubishi Lancer / Evo X LED DRL Projector Headlights - Gloss Black" uses a halo ring and a bulb of ur choosing to light the main headlamp and the bulb is filtered through a lens

The "2008-2012 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X Angel Eye Halo & LED DRL Projector Headlights - Smoked" uses only a halo ring to light the main headlamp

And the "08-13 Mitsubishi Lancer / Evo X LED DRL Projector Headlights - Gloss Black" does not have a white halo ring to light the main headlamp, but does have the glass lens for a bulb of your choosing .

I would go with the cheapest option "08-13 Mitsubishi Lancer / Evo X LED DRL Projector Headlights - Gloss Black" but I'm not really into halo rings. If you are DIEing to have a halo ring I would go with "HID Xenon + 08-13 Mitsubishi Lancer / Evo X LED DRL Projector Headlights - Gloss Black"

The halo ring of the "2008-2012 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X Angel Eye Halo & LED DRL Projector Headlights - Smoked"doesn't seem like it would provide enough light by itself to me. You would probably end up using your high beams all of the time with these headlights

The difference, basically is the type of Bulb that is used. The HID projector headlights (the most expensive) will have the best light output but will require you to do some wiring to add the ballasts if your car did not come with HID's.

Halogen headlights should be plug and play but will not be any brighter than stock.

^^

all three lights still use a low beam bulb. Not sure what you mean when you say
Smoked"doesn't seem like it would provide enough light by itself to me. You would probably end up using your high beams all of the time with these headlights"
