Not sure how that works out? My loan is for 5 years on a very good 1.99% apr and i pay 470/month. I also sold my viii and my total amount financed is only 27.

I've done some searching around on the evo drivetrain to see prices and get an idea of how costly the project would be, but I haven't really found much. Which tells me it hasn't been done much, if at all... Can anyone here offer some insight on this? I'd love to be able to retain the 2.4 I have now and turbo that, if possible?

Thanks

Just don't make any haste decisions, if you can live with your car, get some minor mods, if not decide what payments you can afford to live with. Get your car appraised in value and shop around for an Evo or a Ralliart! I own a Ralliart, besides it being Black(ugh, so many scratches I can see), the car has good pick up speed, actually rides smooth on the highway(I don't hear much engine drone, unless in sport mode), it handles very well(quick and nimble), basically the same interior style as an Evo, same SST transmission as Evo MR, and same engine(just less power). Good Luck on what you decide and keep us updated(plus post a shot of our car).

Still not evo.Ralliart has simplefied SST paired to 4wd system unlike evos s-awc system.Ralliart can run normal, sport mode. The evo can run 3 mode normal, sport,ss sport.Thats why the evo is beast!

^close.

Yes, RA is not the beast that the EVO X is, but we do have same TC-SST (albeit with only 300hp clutches) and we have AWC but just lacking the Super (accelerometers, software, and ACD plumbed to the rear axle).

Oh, and RA can be flashed to S-Sport too

This has come up before too...please don't bother to do this.
You WILL regret it and you WILL spend a lot more time and money than it would cost to just get the car you really want in the end.
